Frequently Asked Questions

Innovative early education center offering age-specific programs, enrichment activities, and personalized care for children

What are your operating hours?

Our Child Care Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

How do you ensure the safety and well-being of the children?

The safety of every child is our top priority. We maintain low teacher-to-child ratios, conduct thorough staff background checks, and use secure check-in/check-out systems. Our facility is equipped with video monitoring, and all staff undergo ongoing training in emergency preparedness, CPR, and child supervision protocols. We also have a structured supervision plan and teacher mentorship program to ensure quality care and accountability at all times.

Do you offer financial assistance or accept subsidies?

Yes, we proudly accept CCS (Child Care Services) subsidies and offer scholarship opportunities to help families in need. Our goal is to make high-quality early education accessible to every child, and we’re happy to guide you through the process of applying for assistance.

How do you communicate with parents throughout the day?

We use the Playground app to keep parents informed in real-time. You’ll receive updates on meals, naps, milestones, and daily activities, along with photos and messages from your child’s teacher. For more urgent matters, we also communicate via text, phone calls, or email. We believe that strong parent-teacher communication builds trust and enhances your child’s educational experience.

What qualifications do your teachers and caregivers have?

All of our educators meet or exceed state licensing requirements and are trained in early childhood development. Every staff member participates in ongoing professional development and our in-house training initiative, the “Imelda Initiative.” New Teacher Assistants complete a 90-day mentorship program before becoming lead caregivers, ensuring your child receives the highest level of care and guidance.
